How do you remove spouse from the warranty deed

Question: How do i remove my spouse from the warranty deed of my house if the loan is in my name?


Answer:
You will have to ask your spouse to transfer the property interest in your name by way of a quit claim deed. The refinancing market is quite crazy now. Don’t do it if you have to. Mortgage is wild.
